Ugh, sick as a dog right now. Spent a nice chunk of the day under a blanket. Too queasy to write about last week’s threat by the AFL-CIO to move the Democratic National Convention away from Denver. The union strong-arms the new Democratic Governor. This should be fun.

    Sorry you are not feeling well. Take heart, winter is almost over! Just a quick thought,
    please, is the concert on for Saturday, Mar 17th? Happy Birthday, Tracey.

    Also, can you put a good word in on your blog for the Gathering of Eagles this Saturday if
    you deem it appropriate for your site–check it out at: www.gatheringofeagles.org for
    more info. This organization is bringing in people (mostly veterans)to protect the
    Vietnam War Memorial Wall and the other war memorials from anti-war protestors who plan
    to vandalize these memorials. Be advised, some liberal bloggers are attempting to
    sabotage their website. Wish I was going to show my support for the vets, oh, well….
