Face the State and 9News report that several streets that were supposed to be overrun with tens of thousands of protesters have been reopened.
The couple hundred radicals who showed up for a noon rally on the 16th Street Mall chanted “No Justice, No Peace!” Other than a few traffic delays, their presence was drowned out by a hungry lunchtime crowd.
